Milla Chocolates is a Los Angeles based boutique chocolaterie. We hand craft chocolates and confections using the highest quality of ingredients from around the globe to create exceptional flavors and textures. For our chocolate covered nuts, each piece is carefully roasted to bring out its full flavor and caramelized to give it another dimension of crunch. They are then enrobed with 70% single origin chocolate and finished with fine Valrhona cocoa powder. Our praliné chocolate bars are created by roasting, caramelizing and grinding the hazelnuts and blending them with single origin milk and dark couverture. Our candied orange chips are finely sliced and carefully dried to retain the sweet flavor of the seasonal California orange. We believe in pure ingredients, freshly made, with attention to detail.
Christine Sarioz is the founder and creator of Milla Chocolates. She previously worked for over a decade in the art field, developing her aesthetic sensibilities. Her passion and experiences have culminated in her confectionary creations for all to enjoy.
Following 2016 Gold and Silver awards for her Hazelnut Praliné Bar and Chocolate Covered Caramelized Almonds with Raspberry and Pink Sea Salt, founder Sarioz has been announced as a Five Star Awards Master Chocolatier by the International Chocolate Salon and TasteTV. She most recently won Silver at the 2017 International Chocolate Awards for her Manhattan Bon Bon, Raspberry Bon Bon, Hazelnut Praliné Bar, and Hazelnut Praliné Bar with Turkish Coffee. Milla Chocolates has been featured in LA Magazine, the LA Times, TimeOut, WWD, Goop, The Zoe Report, Xellence Magazine, C Magazine, Martha Stewart Living, LA Downtowner, and Fathom Away.
